Similarly Different is a visual collaboration between graphic design students from Portland (Oregon, USA), and London (UK). The annual project experiments with the notion of national points of view through the mediums of letterpress, screen printing, Risograph, and digital reproduction. Students then exhibit
their work in both London and Portland.
I was lucky enough to be apart of this great program during the summer of 2016. While studying at the London College Of Communication, I collaborated with other students from both Portland and London. We made work prompted by politics, while learning letterpress and screen printing techniques.
While there, I also designed the program for our show. We were able to exhibit the work we made both in London and at Portland State.
